Our lab is currently pursuing the following research projects.

1) Development of genetic and phenotypic resources to select for improved feed efficiency in cattle.

2) Identification of genetic approaches and resources to improve sustainability of dairy cattle.

3) Development of data reuse tools and analysis methods to utilize large public NGS data.

4) Identification and annotation of regulatory elements and transcript variation in livestock species.
